My changes not only cut the fat in half, but also cut the calories in each serving by 100. I made 1 dz plain (without adding anything, as in your original recipe) and t o the rest of the batter I put 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips. It is so easy – one bowl! So very tasty and moist…perfect! I LOVE this recipe….fast and easy to whip up and all in ONE BOWL! A super moist, flavorful lightened up Banana Bread with no mixer needed! 3. It turned out great both times.
